Rob is an energetic Human Resources
professional with diverse experience in building value-added partnerships with operations management. He
is experienced in all areas of HR management functions, with an emphasis on consulting to assist client organizations increase
performance and effectiveness levels.
Rob has a record of initiating issues-driven, company-wide leadership
skills programs in three organizations. He has experience in mplementing a Balanced Scorecard, performance
management processes, executive coaching, 360° feedback protocols, assessment centers, process consultation, various personal
feedback instruments, and team development as well as leading a Talent Acquisition team.
Rob is a co-founder of our company.
